Welcome to the formal
Flameworking Workshops, specializing in European and American Glassblowing
Techniques with 37 years of experience.
All workshops are about
30 hours long, Thursday through Sunday beginning at 8:00AM and ending at 4:00PM.
The workshops are
specially designed for you needs whether you are a beginner or an advanced
student. You can request instruction in your advanced workshops from several
styles of flameworking. For example, Contemporary, Venetian, Modern, Free
Form, Classic, or Traditional forms.
You may want to focus
on: Vases, goblets, perfume bottles, candle holders, or other items of
interest. A Scientific Glassblowing course is also available.
The course is taught
in Ann Arbor, MI at Eberhart Studio, with a maximum of
five students. Please refer to the workshop schedule (travel information
upon request). Schedules subject to change. RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ROOMS IN
ADVANCE DURING THE AUTUMN FOOTBALL SEASON.

Total Fee: $600.00
(ALL STUDENTS MUST PAY BY MONEY ORDER OR BRING CASH UPON ARRIVAL. PLEASE,
NO CHECKS.) A $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BY MONEY ORDER IS NECESSARY
TO SECURE YOUR APPLICATION, WHICH WILL BE COUNTED AS PART OF YOUR TUITION
COST. All glassblowing equipment and all tools are supplied.
Four day workshop (Thursday through Sunday, 8:00-4:00PM, daily) especially
designed for out-of-town students. Workshop duration 30 hours.
